Todd grew up in Renfrew but moved to Perth in 1999.  Kim has been a vet at the Perth Vet Clinic since 2003 where she met Todd and they got married in 2006.  Todd has wanted to be a cowboy since he could walk, and started studying training methods by video and bloodlines in Western magazines.  A few bumps and bruises later and alot of years, and he is a certified professional trainer with Josh Lyons.  His love of natural horsemanship and getting to the root of the problem are what have led him down this path.  He wants everyone to be able to enjoy their horse in whatever discipline they choose while staying safe.  His search for the perfect horse led him to the Pitzer Ranch in Nebraska where he purchased Biggun.  He has the calm level-headed temperment of Two-eyed Jack and the athleticism of Playgun.  Two-eyed Biggun is now a valued member of the family who is definately missed while he is off competing in Nebraska.  After he is finished with this years show season, Todd plans to show him in reining in Ontario so he can stay close to home.  His prized colt Pistol will be following in his footsteps.  Kim is still hoping to learn to rope on Levi while raising four children and watching over the brood mares.    Besides establishing a quality breeding program, the McGrimmons plan to host professional clinics, a certification program and train safe, finished, all-around horses.
